GAIB is committed to setting a new standard of transparency in real-world AI asset financing. The key information of each financing deals executed with off-chain AI infrastructure operators will be disclosed, including:

• Project

• Core business (e.g., AI clouds, robotics)

• Operating location

• Underlying collateral (e.g., physical GPUs, customer contracts)

• Financing model (debt, equity, or hybrid structure)

• Estimated APY

These disclosures allow users and investors to clearly understand the structure and risk profile of GAIB’s portfolio.

To further strengthen trust, GAIB will engage third-party auditors to conduct quarterly audits, ensuring that all reported data and underlying assets are accurate, verifiable, and compliant with GAIB’s stated standards.
